Water Determination Apparatus is an instrument that separates oil and water.The test sample is heated under reflux together with a water-immiscible solvent, which carries water out of the sample. The continuously condensed solvent and water are separated in a receiver, where water deposits in the graduated receiver while the solvent flows back into the distiller.
